Introduction
The ‘Jalinan Perikanan’ Engagement Programme is an engagement session with stakeholders. This programme should be carried out by each District Fisheries Office (PPD) to approach fishermen to find out current issues that occur in the area. Extension officers need to listen to problems by recording or distributing complaint and feedback forms to find solutions to problems or issues raised.
